This Privacy Policy explains how Xemivo Ltd. (“XEMIVO”, “we”, “us” or “our”), located at 70 Songdo-gwahak-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea, processes personal information when you use XEMIVO VIN and related websites, reports, workspaces, APIs and support channels.
Information we collect
We may process account and identity details, contact information, workspace and company information, VIN searches, vehicle reports, billing and transaction references, uploaded documents, customer and inventory records you choose to enter, API usage, device and browser data, IP address, security logs, support communications and consent records.
Purposes and legal bases
We process information to create and secure accounts, provide requested vehicle intelligence and reports, operate subscriptions and credits, process payments, manage business workspaces, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal and accounting duties, and improve service reliability. Depending on the context, processing is based on performing our contract, complying with law, legitimate operational and security interests, or consent where required.
Vehicle and provider requests
A VIN and related request information may be sent to eligible vehicle-data providers to complete a lookup. Coverage varies by vehicle, market and provider. A missing record is not proof that an event did not occur.
Group companies supporting import services
When you request vehicle sourcing, purchase, export, shipping or import assistance from South Korea, relevant information may be shared with Xtreme Motors Ltd.. For requests originating in Germany, that information may be shared with Xtreme Motors GmbH. Both are group companies and receive only information relevant to assessing and fulfilling the requested service. The responsible entity and additional privacy information will be identified in the applicable quotation or agreement where required.
Service providers and international transfers
We use vetted infrastructure, authentication, database, hosting, payment, email and vehicle-data providers, which may include Supabase, Netlify, Paymob and connected data providers. Information may be processed outside your country, including in the Republic of Korea, the United States or provider operating regions. We use contractual, access-control and security measures appropriate to the transfer and disclose additional details where legally required.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed for service delivery, account security, dispute handling, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law. When information is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.
Security
We use role-based access, authentication, row-level database controls, restricted storage, encryption in transit, server-side credentials, logging and operational monitoring. No online system is completely risk-free, and users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension or restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, information about disclosures or transfers, and a portable copy where provided by law. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally required.
Cookies and technical data
We may use essential cookies or local storage for authentication, language, security and service continuity. Optional analytics or advertising technologies will not be enabled without any notice or consent required by applicable law.
Children
XEMIVO VIN is intended for adults and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the authorization required by applicable law.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity before completing a request.
Changes
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. Material updates will be announced through the website or account interface before they take effect where required.
