Refund and Cancellation Policy

Prices and subscriptions
One report USD 14.99; three USD 34.99; ten USD 99.99. One-time purchases without automatic renewal. New subscriptions are deferred. Existing access and rights remain unchanged. Final currency, taxes and total are shown before payment.
Unused credits: 14 days
Request a refund of unused credits within 14 days of purchase. A partly used pack is refunded in proportion to unused credits at the amount actually paid, including applicable refundable taxes, rounded to the smallest currency unit. Used credits are not repriced. Approved refunded credits are removed.
Used reports and mandatory rights
A credit is used when the requested paid data service begins. A change of mind after correct delivery normally does not qualify for a refund. Mandatory withdrawal and consumer rights prevail. Where legally required, immediate digital performance needs prior express consent and acknowledgement of its effect on withdrawal rights. Displaying this policy alone is not consent.
Non-delivery and incorrect charges
For non-delivery choose a restored credit or a refund for the affected report. Material defects or incorrectly supplied reports are corrected free of charge or refunded if correction is unavailable. Verified duplicate charges are refunded. Disclosed coverage limits alone are not defects. Check your VIN before ordering.
Request a refund
Use official support channels linked on the home page. Include account email, purchase reference, date and reason. Never send passwords, security codes or full card details. Requests are reviewed; this page does not issue refunds automatically. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible within applicable legal deadlines. Banks may take additional time to post them.
Scope and operator
Digital reports and credits sold by Xemivo Ltd., 70 Songdo-gwahak-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea. Vehicle transactions through Xtreme Motors Ltd. or Xtreme Motors GmbH have separate agreements. Read with the Terms of Service. Korean law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections. Earlier purchase rights are not reduced.
